Hello K. Kamolthus Today I’m very pleased and thankful that you could spare your time to share your experience with us. Firstly, please introduce about yourself and your business briefly.

Hello everyone, my name is Kamolthus, owner of Jungfrau  Beverage Co., Ltd., a non-sugar beverage distributor or sugar-free sweeteners such as Alevits, which is for drinking. And another product is Sunnary sweet which  is used for cooking, snacks and drinks. It can be mixed in proportion as well. Every products are non-sugar. And importantly, every products have no calories. We use the Stevia and Sucralose to give the sweetness and smell. All our ingredients import from abroad which we’re guarantee that will come from the best source.

Wow! such an interesting business. So, how you knew about Gogoprint?

Well, I searched on Google and then found Gogoprint’s website. The first thing that I’ve seen was they have branches in abroad. This reason conveyed me and gained more trust about the company. And then I checked the price. It was very reasonable and clear. I liked it very much. At that time, I ordered brochures first. But before I made an order, I did call to other printings to compare the prices with Gogoprint.

So, what was the deciding factor that made you choose to print with Gogoprint?

I chose to print with Gogoprint because other printing’s websites, they didn’t set a clear price and delivery date as well. This made it difficult to plan the time-schedule. So, before you have heard of us, how was your experience printing with other printing-services?

Well, there was no quotes on the website. I had to ask for the price through email. It's several steps and really difficult. I had to provide a very clear detail. Then I had to wait for them to reply again. Sometimes they’ve gone away. Also sometimes it took a long time to wait them reply. Some say that I did not told them enough information and it couldn’t be appraised. These made me to ask them back again. It’s really waste of time.

What was your first thought when you saw the Gogoprint website?

I was really impressed because the website is easy to read and use, and the ordering process is organized into a separate system. People who don’t understand about printing could use and understand it easily.

Well, what was the reason that convey you to make more orders with Gogoprint?

The reason was I could use the original artwork to print in the next time. At first, the artwork team designed me for free and I did like it very much. Also, the minimum for production was not much. If I already had artwork files, I could use it to print every time.

So, what do you like the most about Gogoprint?

I like that Gogoprint has free artwork design services, and it's very fast. The artwork finished within a day and a half. At first, I thought it could be completed within 3 days, which was much better than I expected.
