Please to meet you, K. Natnaree. Thank you for joining us today. Could you please introduce yourself and your company to our readers?

Please to meet you too. My name is Natnaree Lerttanawit, owner of a computer software and smartphone-application development company. The company also offers an all-in-one stop service for advertisement design and on-demand printing.

Wow, that’s a lot of services being offered by the company. What promotional product do you use in your company?

We use many different items - business cards, flyers, leaflets, and banners. We use them to do marketing and promote our services. We also order items for our customers as well

How did you get to know about Gogoprint? Did one of your friends recommend us to you

No, I came across the website while doing my search on Google. I searched for business cards, and Gogoprint came up as the first or second result. I decided to print with Gogoprint because the website looks really easier to use than other websites. Every process could be done, from start to finish, on the website. I don’t have to make calls or send Line messages to ask for more information or quotation like other places. I could see the prices online instantly.

I fully agree with you, especially on how the website gives you all the necessary information and lets you do everything online by yourself. It helps you, and all our users, to save a lot of time. Before you have heard of us, how was your experience printing with other printing-services.

Usually, it involves a lot of calls with the printing company, talking about the quantity, the quotation, the production time. It already takes a full day to get just the quotation. So, you could imagine that the whole process is really lengthy. When there’s a problem with the production, more time is spent.




What was your first thought when you saw the Gogoprint website?

I thought that it was user-friendly and eye-pleasing. The website is well designed because I could easily navigate through the ordering processes. It’s like I know where to go and what button to press. The explanation on the website is also really helpful.

If you have to recommend Gogoprint to your friends, is there any punchline that you would like to use?

“Gogoprint offers the best printing experience. They are fast and offer the highest-quality printing.”

Out of 10 points, how many points would you give Gogoprint?

I would give a 9/10. The remaining point is due to the fact that I got a bit confused with “upload file” button. I had to ask for help from the customer service via the live chat, who were impressively fast to respond.
