Hello to all of our wonderful readers. I am truly happy to introduce to you all, yet again, another lovely customer of ours, who has kindly spared a bit of her time to share her experience with Gogoprint. Without further ado, let’s find out how it went for this guest of ours!

Nice to meet you, K. Nilin. We are very happy that you could join us today. Before we start our interview, could you please introduce yourself, as well as your business, to our readers?

With pleasure! My name is Nilin Butdee. I am an administrator of my own online ad agency that I found with my sister/brother.   

Great! Now you got me curious about the promotional product that your agency uses. But before we get into that, could you please tell our readers about how you got to know Gogoprint?

Well, I was doing a search on Google. I searched for “print-naam-bat” (print business cards), nothing fancy. Gogoprint popped up on the search result, and I just clicked into it. Once I entered the site, I found that it was very easy to order, since you can send your artwork in pdf files. I also like the fact that the prices of each product with different configurations are displayed on the website. It’s very clean, overall.

During that time, did you also go through other websites to compare the prices?

Not at all. I instantly ordered from Gogoprint after I found it. I didn’t want to go through other websites. I just picked the one that I found to be most convenient. Also, the price is not too expensive. Instead, it is rather reasonable.

What promotional product does your agency use?

For the product that we use ourselves, it’s mostly business cards with premium configurations. For example, we like to use the premium 300-gram matte paper. Since we are an agency, after all, we can’t just go for the normal configurations. But, we have plans to add an additional service for our customer, which is to offer an all-in-one design and printing service. For example, letterheads, business cards, and other products. Once we get that started, we will absolutely print with Gogoprint!

What helped you decide to print with us in the first place, or will help you decide to print with us again in the future?

For the first time, I looked at the past work on the website. I looked at what product is being offered. I was also very impressed with the paper samples that I requested, which gave my team and I the ability to offer a wider range of service to my customers. The customer service was also very helpful and quick to respond.  

And since my first printing experience with Gogoprint went well - high-quality printing, color, attention to detail, the material. I got everything that I was expecting for.

Thank you very much for your comment, which is really interesting. Could you describe your first time printing with us?

I was surprised and impressed. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I work in an agency - I like things that are well structured, eye-pleasing, and convenient to use. Also, the people that I have shown my card, that I printed with Gogoprint, to, they would compliment on how nice the card looks. I would joke around by asking them if it’s the design or the material that makes the card looks nice, which at this point, makes me feel great for going with Gogoprint.

We truly understand how that feels. That is why are always trying to improve ourselves and the quality of our service to become better, using all the technology and know-hows. Have you encountered any problem when ordering with Gogoprint?

Problems? No, not at all.However, if you can find a way to make it more convenient for customers to configure their product, I think it would be better for the customers. For example, a section for premium business card configuration, or a section for economical configuration. If there is something of this sort, it would be easier for a person to make a decision to print, since not everyone knows the meaning of the terms of the current configuration options.

That is one good suggestion. From 10 out of 10, how would you rate the service at Gogoprint?

I would give a full 10 out of 10 for the service, the quality of the final product, the conveniency and punctuation.

Thank you for your kind words. Last question for today, what would you say to your friends if you have convince them to print with Gogoprint?

“This place is the best! I have ordered here for so many times myself. I guarantee!”. And after I finished talking, I might hand to them some of the paper samples from Gogoprint.
