Hello, Mr. Chuphan. First of all, we would like to thank you for doing this interview with us. To start, could you please introduce yourself to our readers and also tell us a bit  about your business.

Hi, my name is Chuphan Tharacheewin. Founder and owner of “Cross Lambda Audio”, a manufacturer and distributor of upgrade cables for earphones and loudspeakers.

Now that we know about you and your business, which product do you order from us the most?

I usually order leaflets and flyers to advertise my products and promotions, as well as creating product manuals. For example, a manual on the different types of audio.

That’s good to hear! Manuals are always important, especially for sophisticated products. Other than the product, what other reasons helped you to decide to print with Gogoprint?

It was the fact that I could immediately place an order on the website, cutting out the hassle of having to do multiple artwork proofings. If I print with other printers, I would have to do multiple proofings, which could take up to 2 weeks. But here, I could finalize and place my order right away. Also, the required minimum order quantity is very satisfying. For example, you can order less than 1,000 pieces of the product that you want, which makes sense since you would want to test out your first time with low quantity before you order in a high quantity later on.

I totally agree with you on that, especially on how fast and easy it is to print with Gogoprint. What other features do you like about our website and service?

I like the quality of the product. The color is very accurate with the artwork file that was sent.

Thank you very much for your compliments. And is there any improvement that you want us to make to the Gogoprint website?

I would like to see more sophisticated configurations for the products. You can probably separate the configurations into two sections - one for simple printing, the other for professional printing. The professional section could have more sophisticated configurations like partial UV-Offset coating, or half matte-coating and half gloss-coating. However, the website is already good as it is right now for simple printing.

They are very interesting recommendations, and I am more than happy to make improvements upon them so that we could better satisfy all of our customer needs. And if you were to recommend Gogoprint to your friends, how would you recommend them?

I would tell them that if they want something easy and quick, print with Gogoprint, and they will get just that!
