Hello all, back at it again with another exclusive customer interview. We are very fortunate to have this sit-down time with today’s special interviewee, who has decided to print business cards with Gogoprint. What was her experience like using Gogoprint’s service? Let’s find out.

Hello, K. Warittha Chawalittipakorn. It’s really a pleasure to meet you. I would like to thank you for sparing us your time to do this interview. May I briefly ask about the business of Daika Estate?

Hello. It’s a pleasure to meet you as well. As for Daika Estate, we are a real-estate development and construction company, with projects ranging from condominiums to housing-estate developments. 

And do you, or Daika Estate, normally use printed promotional materials to advertise and market your condominium projects?

Yes, we use these materials for advertisement and promotion purposes. We use a lot of flyers and leaflets, printed on premium papers and refined with a special coating option to reflect the scale and positioning of our projects. We also use business cards as well.

The importance of the paper type and coating option for any printed promotional material is surely something that we can agree on. And in your opinion, what seems to be Gogoprint’s selling-point that gets you to print with us.

I am most impressed with the service that is very fast and reliable. As an example, when our schedule is tight, and we need fast and accurate printing service, Gogoprint has been able to satisfy our printing needs perfectly.

Thank you for your great compliment of our service. Is there anything that you would like us to improve or make changes to?

I would like Gogoprint to have a design service for all its products, and not just only for business cards, posters, flyers, and leaflets. The service doesn’t have to be free. If the service is available to all products, this would help us significantly in preparing the artwork file.

That is one very interesting suggestion. I would be more than happy to take this suggestion to the meeting table so that we can make this change, and be able to provide a better service to all our customers. And if you have to recommend Gogoprint’s service to your friends, what would you say?
