In today’s Customer Spotlight blog, we would like to introduce a special Gogoprint customer. When we talk about education, there is one important element that we should never forget: the professor. Professors keep pushing us to the peak of the mountain, pushing us closer to the achievement of our dreams, and preparing us for life. While they teach us how to make our parents proud, and give us the tools to become successful, they also show us how to give back to society, which is crucial in a world of growing individualism and even egoism! That is why we really respect professors, and why everybody should.
But enough with the philosophical thoughts, we are here today to interview professor Patcharaporn Tinchan from the Faculty of Natural Resources and Agro-Industry, at Kasetsart University. For some reason, Gogoprint is proud that a reputable institution such as Kasetsart University relies on our services for its printing needs. Anyways, let’s dive into the interview!
Hello professor, would you care to introduce yourself for our readers?
Hi there, my name is Dr. Patcharaporn Tinchan. I’m working as an HR Assistant Professor in International Affairs.
Could you explain a bit more to us what exactly your role is at the university?
Sure! I work in the Faculty of Natural Resources and Agro Industry at Kasetsart University, Chaloen Phra Kiat campus. This is in Sakon Nakhon province, which represents the 4th campus of the university. In total, our university now has 4 faculties. We’ve been working very hard on the Faculty of Natural Resources and Agro Industry, which we are opening under a new concept called “From farm to table”. Under this concept we aim to teach students the details of every step along the agricultural and natural resource value chain.
Very interesting. So, what are the main elements that you are trying to teach the students in your faculty?
Well, the way I see it, our main role as professors is to shape students with strong knowledge and minds, who will be able to develop our country in the future. To achieve this we need to teach them the appropriate skills, and also the most useful theories. In addition, we want to form students that are able to do outstanding research in order to help develop agriculture and community agriculture, since it’s the foundation of a sustainable country, and Thailand has plentiful natural resources.
That sounds great! Students should not only learn how to become successful, but also know how to help transform our society and economy into a better and stronger one. Moving on now: How was your experience with Gogoprint’s service?
I’m very impressed with Gogoprint’s service because you can see that they try very hard to make everything as convenient and fast as possible for the customers. They also always respond very fast, which makes us feel truthful and allows to fix problems really fast when they arise. In the end, that’s really what makes us want to go back to Gogoprint for our printing.
Hehe you’re welcome, it always feels pleasant when we get good feedback from our customers. So how does Gogoprint help you and your business achieve your goals?
Now, online shopping is a part of life even for people that are in the Government Sector. Some people might think that especially for business-related matter, government officials and organizations would not really rely on available ecommerce. However, we try to when we can, because it makes everything so much easier and more convenient. It’s by saving time and effort that Gogoprint has helped us achieve our goals.
In the end, we want to enable you to achieve your goals. What would you say are the 3 things that you like the most about Gogoprint?
-
The fast and reliable service
-
The responsibility and care for the customer’s artwork files
-
The fast that the website looks so clean and is so easy to use
What do you think Gogoprint could change to improve its service even further?
There seem to still be some mistakes sometimes in terms of product and order specifications. Even though they are usually small mistakes, and Gogoprint is able to fix them fast, probably they are caused by miscommunication that can be avoided. It’s probably minor stuff, but would probably help a lot to sort that out.
Thanks for your advice, we will consider about this. As our last question: do you have a favorite quote that you can share with our readers ?
Yes, sure. I would like to say that “Responsibilty keeps work flowing” and this is my favourite quote that keeps me going.
Thank you so much for interview with us today, Dr. Patcharaporn Tinchan. We hope to see you come back again ! And for the next blog series, Let's get to know more about our staff!
