Can I send Gogoprint my artwork file to check the details before placing an order?

We will only check your file once you completed your order on the website, and make a payment. You can choose between different file check options as follows:

Standard check (FREE); Our team will check your file regarding color, safety margin and dimensions. We will make small changes if necessary, and will send your artwork to production directly without contacting you back before printing.
Online Proof (FREE); We will email you a link to a PDF proof. Don’t worry, we won’t print your file until you check the PDF and approve it online. Late approval can delay your order.
Proof print (800 THB); After receiving your Online Proof approval, we will prepare a print sample where you can check the quality (without lamination). This will be ship to you using a courier service which will require 1-2 working days. You need to sign an approval in the package and send it back to us. If you have any questions on this, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What products does Gogoprint Offer? Which papers and refinements can I select?

Gogoprint offers a wide variety of paper and refinement for your products. However, only a handful of these will be offered per product, based on market standard.
There are 3 different types of refinement offered by Gogoprint based on the product you select: Lamination Matte, Lamination Glossy and Soft-touch. To get further information, please have a look at the following article from our blogs

Is it possible to receive my printing products before making payment?

At the moment, only pre-approved Corporate customer are abe to pay for their products on credit. If you would like to order under your company and benefit from credit terms, you can apply through our form ‘Request Credit Term’ After submitting your application, our finance team will review it and let you know the outcome within around 3 working days.

What I want is not offered on the website, how can I get the quotation?

To get a quotation for a product, material, or other option that is not available on our site, please fill out this form
Orders with specifications (paper type, refinement, format, etc.) that are not offered online are considered as custom orders, and will take a longer time to process. Please note that we will need 1-3 working days to get in touch with you and share a price for your custom requirements.

How can I get a quotation for products that are available on the site?

For all products that can be ordered online, you can conveniently download a quotation in a couple of simple steps. Please note that you will need an account and be logged into it.
1. Choose the product you want a quotation for
2. Configure the product according to your specifications and add it to your cart
3. On the shopping cart page, click the "Download Quotation" button

What's a Promotional product and how can I check the price?

Gogoprint offers a wide variety of promotional products that can be use as merchandise and giveaways to promote your company. Be it a thank-you gift for your loyal customers or souvenirs for special events and celebrations.
