We recommend using vector artwork to receive the best printing quality for your promotional products. Vector artwork will produce a sharper imprint with no jagged edges, no matter how big or how small the design is.

For Pad printing and Silkscreen imprint methods, the artwork should only contain spot colors and should not exceed the number of Imprint colors selected in the product configuration.

General artwork guidelines:

• The file formats that we currently accept are PDF, AI, JPG, JPEG, PNG, EPS.

• All files should have a minimum of 300 dpi to ensure effective print quality.

• All text should be converted to outlines or curves.

• Embed all pictures or images within the file to ensure the entire art file is delivered.

• The font should be at least 6pt to print on writing products and 12pt for bag products

To be sure the color printing on your products perfectly match with your requirements, you can provide PMS numbers (Pantone Matching System) for your artwork. If you are not familiar with the process don’t worry! Our team will select for you the adequate Pantone color to closely match your artwork.

Ensure that the artwork files that you upload are compatible with the printable area of the product that you wish to order.
